What is a credit?
Credits meter the work your specialists do: every message they answer, tool they call, and task they run draws from your monthly balance. The Free plan includes 5,000 credits a month, Starter 10,000, and Pro 50,000. Enterprise credit limits are set to match your volume.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is genuinely free. Create an account, build up to three specialists, and use the full marketplace tool library without entering any payment details.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down between Free, Starter, and Pro at any time from your dashboard. Your specialists, tools, and integrations stay exactly as you left them; only the limits change.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Your specialists pause new work until your balance resets at the start of the next billing month, so you are never billed for something you did not agree to. Upgrading restores capacity immediately.
What counts as a custom tool?
A custom tool is one you build yourself: a private API, an internal database query, or a workflow specific to your business, on top of the marketplace tools every plan already includes. Starter covers five of them; Pro and Enterprise are unlimited.
How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is quoted per organization because credit volume, deployment model, and compliance requirements differ widely. Talk to our team and we will put together pricing against your actual usage.
